Postl-Yore is a dedicated municipal engineering firm with experience anchored by Brett Postl’s 37 years of municipal engineering service to Northeastern Illinois communities.  Mr. Postl is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and  a Certified Project Management Professional.  

Brett's experience started, while working for a former Barrington consulting firm, with providing solutions to engineering problems within numerous governing bodies.  Since then he has served as in a number of technical and managerial roles as President, Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President in engineering firms in the northeastern Illinois area. 

Experience has led to our ability to understand and manage the overall interrelated aspects of a project.  We will analyze and help clearly define our clients needs - typically helping the client think beyond the apparent challenges.  Postl-Yore will help our clients Staff establish the goals, parameters, and limitations of proposed solutions to problems faced by the client.  Our understanding of the legal, financial, political, and public aspects beyond the technical engineering challenges results in more efficient and sensitive implementation of long-term answers.  Our approach considers not only the project, but also the people affected by the project. The work we do has a long-term, lasting effect on our clients community.
